| The spiralling mosaic was designed on the theme of Fibonacci numbers and refers to the rich history of the area. With members from the surrounding communities of Dogsthorpe, Welland and Burford Lawns Richard was commissioned by the Woodfield Millennium Green Trust to realize a design that would be symbolic of the three disparate communities coming together. |

| Participants with a diverse range of ages and abilities from different backgrounds were involved at several different stages of completion. The project was part of the Millennium Greens- Breathing Spaces, a Nation wide initiative supported by the Millennium Commission, The Countryside Agency and Bass Breweries. |
